Availability & reliability

We publish availability numbers only when they are contractual commitments or measured SLOs with a defined method. This page describes backup and restore scope by package — without a published last-restore date until a signed report exists.

Backup by package

Platform and contracted customer backups follow retention in the service schedule. Restoration tests for BaseCloud-operated scopes run on a contractual cadence — we do not publish a last-test date on this site.

Package Backup Restore evidence
Business Daily backup and retention per schedule Restore on request or incident — no published last-test date
Professional Backup plus restore testing on contractual cadence Signed restore report to the customer when the test is in BaseCloud scope — date not published here
Enterprise DR / BCP per design after audit RTO / RPO contractual; DR test summaries customer-gated

Who signs the restore report

When backup is BaseCloud-operated, the operator signs restore evidence for that scope. When the customer operates guest backups, the customer signs. Mixed scopes are listed in the service schedule.

Immutability and off-site copies

Immutable or off-site copies are in the service schedule where contracted. They are not a default on Business.

Background: Backup and disaster recovery (EN), kopia i odtworzenie (PL).

Disaster recovery

RTO / RPO are contractual. DR tests for platform scope are scheduled; results summaries are customer-gated.

Status

Operational status: public service status.

Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, customer configuration and use case. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. A provider certificate is evidence for the provider's scope — not automatic certification of the BaseCloud service. Certification is claimed only when evidence is listed as available for the defined scope.
