Alignment, not certification
HIPAA is a US legal framework. There is no official “HIPAA certificate” that replaces your risk analysis, policies and workforce training. BaseCloud designs isolation, encryption, access control, audit logging, backup and incident processes that may support those obligations.
Customer responsibility
You remain responsible for determining whether you are a covered entity or business associate, how applications handle PHI, and how workforce access is authorized. We administer the agreed infrastructure layer.
