Through contact forms, order requests, the pre-engagement discovery questionnaire, and email correspondence we may process your name, business email address, phone number, organization name, a description of your IT environment (without passwords or secrets), the content of your inquiry, and technical data necessary for secure communication.

- responding to commercial or technical inquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps),
- conducting B2B correspondence,
- maintaining website and infrastructure security.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet related legal obligations, and no longer than required for the purposes for which it was collected.
